Product Description

Clean your horse stalls without the extra effort! Our motorized auto-sifting Shake'n Fork has 5/8" tine spacing, optimized for sifting bagged shavings without manual agitation. Mini-flakes, pellets, cob or rice hulls sift through as fast as you scoop. Our manure fork efficiently separates manure leaving only clean bedding, saving you up to $1.00 per stall each day in time, labor and disposal fees.

Equipped with a lithium-Ion battery pack it will clean dozens of stalls on one charge. A variable speed trigger means it only shakes as hard as necessary, insuring mamnure apples don't become little bits. Equi-Tee's auto-sifting Shake'n Forks are the most cost effective way to clean your stable, eliminating excess bedding removal while separating animal waste for disposal. Just depress the variable speed trigger and let the magic of the integral motor do the work for you.

Removing the packed damp urine spots is an additional benefit of the powered Shake'n Fork.  With its ultra-strong basket and flexible tines, it holds up where others can fail and the taller sides keep more debris in the asket.

Upgrades and Options

Customize your Shake'n Fork with a bigger battery pack for longer cleaning intervals, or a super lightweight carbon fiber hand pole.  Weighing as little as 2.9 lbs, it is just slightly more than a non-powered version.!

Operating Suggestions

The Shake'n Fork is similar in appearance to the Flex'n Fork and can be operated without using the motor.  When powered it must be operated so that the shavings will automatically be separated from the manure. The fork should be held still and "helping" with manual agitation is not required. It isn't even necessary to "bump" the shavings away from the front of the tines, the manure will automatically move to the belly of the basket while the shavings separate and fall through the tines. The variable speed auto-sifting automatically keeps the manure from falling off, tilting is not necessary. Following this suggestion will greatly improve the performance and lead to faster cleaning with far less user effort.

*Custom Secure Pack is a foam-in-place packaging material that assures that your package will arrive without shipping damage.

  1. Expertly packaged

Posted by Tom Brea on 26th Apr 2013

The product works great, but what really impressed me was how carefully it is packaged! There was some kind of molded foam that id never seen and it was really neat. It made me glad that my parts arrived without any damage at all.

  2. Love it!

Posted by Unknown on 26th Mar 2013

I purchased this as a gift for my mom, and so far it's great! Everybody loves to use it to clean stalls. We've only had it a week so far, but I can definitely see this saving us a lot of money in shavings! It's easy to use and wonderful if you have a manure spreader, as it cuts out all of the shavings and leaves you with just manure. It's great and we love it!

  3. Great product - works great!

Posted by Carrie on 23rd Mar 2013

I just got this fork, used it two times on 8-stalls. My hired barn help used it and loves it. Does a very thorough job of sifting so the stalls are sifted more carefully, saving on expensive bedding being thrown out. When we were done, the stalls looked thoroughly sifted and really good! We do use a finer (pellett) bedding, so it sifts that beautifully.

  4. I'm so glad I found this fork

Best Husband in the World and I bought one a few years ago at the Horse Expo in Sacramento. We carried that thing around with us and everyone laughed at us. Then we took it home and used it!!!! We got the last laugh for sure. That thing is amazing!!!! It’s saved us so much $$$ in pine pellets! Best tool in my tack room is the Shake'n Fork!

  5. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, for the Shake'n Fork

Posted by Luann on 29th Jan 2013

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, so much for the Shake'n Fork. It has been a life saving invention for me! I have used it only twice, and have already gotten the "hang" of operation. I no longer dread the thought of hand shaking-out the pine shaving bedding from the manure ( I have one horse who makes sure he mixes his stall bedding so thoroughly that there is literally one manure apple per square inch!)
I was just thinking this morning as I cleaned, someone would have to pry this fork from my cold dead hands to make me give it up!
I am an ex-jockey, have a joint replacement, and suffer from much back and neck arthritis due to many years of " rough" riding! This device is so easy to use and my neck and arms were spared the fatigue and ache. Worth every penny of cost! I can now enjoy still keeping horses, and my riding will be more comfortable if I am not already sore from stall chores.
Thank you again, I will spread the word about this ingenious product.

  6. My friend turned me onto this!

Posted by Vanessa T. on 20th Nov 2012

I'm glad she did. I would give it 5 stars if it were only lighter because I am only 5'2. It is a bit heavier than, my regular fork but I don't need to shake it so I find it is OK. I would recommend it.

  7. We needed this years ago!

Posted by Unknown on 18th Nov 2012

I have used the Shake'n Fork for 2 days now and I am thrilled with the action and efficiency that it offers. The sifting is so effective that I know it will pay for itself quickly. Love this product!

  8. Wow, I love this thing

Posted by Cassie Hart on 10th Nov 2012

Shake'n Fork - Effortless Auto-Sifting Manure Fork for Cleaning Horse Stalls. That about says it all. It took me a while to stop manually moving it, but now I get the stalls cleaned with much less effort on my part. I clean 12 stalls a day and the batteries only need a recharge every couple of days.

  9. Exactly as advertised, great!

Posted by C. Massey on 10th Apr 2012

We received our Flex'n Fork, 5/16" Mini-Tine Basket and are so excited to find a tool to help us keep our goat stalls clean. The rake is exactly as advertised. We will surely be telling our goat-raiser friends about this product. Thanks for producing such a great product.

  10. Seems to work well

Posted by Steve Serby on 9th Feb 2012

I recently bought the Shake'n Fork and want to commend you on such a good product. It does really well and I'm surprised at how powerful it is.
