Get cleaner stalls today without extra effort! Our motorized auto-sifting Shake'n Fork has 5/8" tine spacing, optimized for sifting bagged shavings without manual agitation. Mini-flakes, pellets, cob or rice hulls sift through as fast as you scoop. Efficient separation of manure leaves only clean bedding, saving you up to $1.00 per stall each day in time, labor and disposal fees.

Equipped with a lithium-Ion battery pack it will clean dozens of stalls on one charge. A variable speed trigger means it only shakes as hard as necessary, insuring big balls don't become little bits. Equi-Tee's auto-sifting Shake'n Rakes are the most cost effective way to clean your stable, eliminating excess bedding removal while separating animal waste for disposal. Just depress the variable speed trigger and let the magic of the integral motor do the work for you.

Removing the packed damp urine spots is an additional benefit of the powered Shake'n Rake. With its ultra-strong basket and flexible tines, it holds up where others can fail.

Upgrades and Options

Customize your Shake'n Rake with a super lightweight carbon fiber hand pole or a bigger battery pack, it can weigh as little as 2.9 lbs!

Operating Suggestions

The Shake'n Rake is similar in appearance and can be operated without usig the motor. However, when it is powered it must be operated so that the shavings will automatically be separated from the manure. This requires that the shavings are not manually "bumped" back so that there is room for the manure to move while the shavings are falling throughthe tines. The fork can be picked up and the manure can be left on the front of the tines, tilting the fork back is not necessry. The auto-sifting action will automatically keep the manure from falling off while it moves to the belly of the fork. Following this suggestion will greatly improve the performance and lead to faster cleaning with far less user effort.

Equi-Tee manure forks are manufactured to the highest standards. To provide you with the best possible warranty service requires the following:

Since the warranty is date specific, it is important that you provide us with an original sales invoice.

Any return for repair where we send a call tag for the return shipping requires that you re-package the unit in the original box, with the original supplied packaging. This is the only assurance that the forks are not damaged during shipment.

All returns for repair require a returned goods authorization (RGA) number to be affixed to the box prior to shipment. Please contact us at 541 826-8301 for this RGA number.

Commercial accounts are defined as any user with five or more horses.

Shake'n Fork 90 Day / 13 Month Extended Basket Warranty

Every Equi-tee fork is warranted against defect in manufacture for all components, includes the electric motor, batteries and handle, for 3 months for residential use and 1 month for commercial use from the date of purchase. In addition the fork basket is warranted against TINE breakage during an extended period of 13 total months for residential use and 3 total months for commercial use. Warranted parts may be required to be returned for inspection and the owner is responsible for shipping during this warranty period.

With 40 to 60 stalls to clean, it is an all day job to keep up. Fortunately we found both the manual and motorized Shake'n Forks. Some of our guys prefer the manual one, others the sifting one, but the all agree that they are the best forks money can buy. Once we started using them we could never go back to the cheaper forks that constantly broke tines.
Faster cleaning, means you're in the saddle sooner!

I absolutely love this crazy invention and now, it turns out I'm not alone. Glenn the Geek from the popular radio show "The Stable Scoop" recently named the Shake'n Fork his top gift for horse husbands for 2011!
Without a doubt, the Shake'n Fork is the best pitchfork we've ever owned. It has cut cleaning time in half, and helped take wear and tear off our backs.
Even better, this pitch fork easily earned us back its purchase price of $200 because it so thoroughly and quickly sifts clean bedding from soiled. That means the good bedding stays in the stall where it belongs.

It's amazing how long this fork has lasted, in two years I still haven't broken a tine and I am really tough on forks.
