Warranty Information

Equi-Tee manure forks are manufactured to the highest standards. To provide you with the best possible warranty service requires the following:

Since the warranty is date specific, it is important that you provide us with an original sales invoice.

Any return for repair where we send a call tag for the return shipping requires that you re-package the unit in the original box, with the original supplied packaging. This is the only assurance that the forks are not damaged during shipment.

All returns for repair require a returned goods authorization (RGA) number to be affixed to the box prior to shipment. Please contact us at 541 826-8301 for this RGA number.

Commercial accounts are defined as any user with five or more horses.

Shake'n Fork 90 Day / 13 Month Extended Basket Warranty

Every Equi-tee fork is warranted against defect in manufacture for all components, includes the electric motor, batteries and handle, for 3 months for residential use and 1 month for commercial use from the date of purchase. In addition the fork basket is warranted against TINE breakage during an extended period of 13 total months for residential use and 3 total months for commercial use. Warranted parts may be required to be returned for inspection and the owner is responsible for shipping during this warranty period.

Every Equi-tee Flex'n Fork is warranted against defect in manufacture for all components, including the hand pole and grip, for 3 months for residential use and 1 month for commercial use from the date of purchase. Warranted parts may be required to be returned for inspection and the owner is responsible for shipping during this warranty period.

We are not liable for any other costs related to the failure of this product other than the cost of the item. Our warranty is subject to change without notice. We honor the warranty in place at the time of purchase.

    I bought the package of two forks, the shake n fork , and a reg fork with mini tines. When I received it I was glad that I had to assemble them, as I have extra fine shavings so I put the mini tine scoop on the shaken fork. It was the best decision. Although it takes a little more time to clean stalls, I make up for it in the shavings I save. For example with 7 stalls I normally have to add up to 2 bags per week per stall. That has now been cut in half and with some of the cleaner horses I don't have to add any until days later.
    The only thing I wish is that I would have gotten the carbon fiber option, it would make it much lighter .

    I have a slipped disk and cleaning my horses/ donkeys stall had become a daily challenge, but with my Shake'n fork that is now all in the past. Now, my health has not only improved, but most of all I can clean the stalls so much better than by hand. There is less dust in comparison to cleaning manually and my horse did not once spook while being in the stall while cleaning. Also, I use the Flex'n fork with the mini-tines for small particles that fall through the big ones.. Good to have both. It is an awesome product and I can only recommend it. It might be a higher priced item, but it is so worth it.

    I love my Shake N Fork and Flex N Fork!I selected the combo pack so I could save on shipping costs. I was so excited when they arrived that I stayed up late to assemble the Shake N Fork. Your packaging for shipping was amazing and assembly was easy. There was enough power to pull the trigger to see if it would work without charging it!

    I couldn't wait for my horses to poop so I had a reason to use my Shake N Fork!It really works. In fact I have to be judicious on how much I use the trigger or I'll shake the poop right off, too.

    I used the Flex N Fork to pick up manure in the pasture last night. Our horses like to go in the taller grasses so getting the piles out of there is not easy. The Flex N Fork was up to the task and made a hard job easier.

    If I didn't have a Shake'n Fork I would never clean another stall. I'd put my horses out to pasture before I'd manually sift dirty shavings again.
