The BERTO fire tool is custom made to work more efficiently! Optioned perfectly to suit you, your task and your region. You can customize the handle to fit your size and the head swing weight by selecting the blade thickness.
Building on proven ideas of the Reinhart, Bosley, Pin, Y, Rhino and Combi-tools, it optimizes and improves their ideas with unique and innovative features.
Three position adjustable head locks in place as a shovel or scraper/hoe and also folds flat for transport.
Blade features high tensile steel and Industrial strength construction
Patented (pending) adjustable head locking mechanism that clamps tightly utilizing a scrench to torque a 19mm bar nut for vibration free security.
Three head angles, 30 degree shovel, 7 degree hoe/scraper and 0 degrees flat for storage
Ideal handle to blade placement for reduced handle twisting forces whether used as a scraper (side of blade) or hoe
Replaceable blade with optional blade thickness for optimized swing weight*

Can be disassembled to fit into a 34.5" helicopter cargo letdown box using the optional two piece Heli handle.
